This Co-op is a joke. Arrogance, discrimination, nasty attitudes, and ignorance runs rampant through crew management. I have had it, something is going to have to be done legally or it’ll only get worse.
Based on my parents’ experience, this is not the old power company that was there to serve members. And why do they get to work, get in their trucks and then meet somewhere to eat breakfast?
Down to earth Personel! Always courteous! Got em to pull my meter so I could do some work and they never complained when I called em back earlier than expected to hook it back up! Even though their working super short staffed! Thank saec!
Never had any problem, power when lost due to weather outage restored in reasonable time frames, many ways to pay your current bill and all ways polite. Good service.

Insanely expensive/ power goes out at my address all the time/ unhelpful when you call/ stuck with them with no other options. I moved to a cheaper place because I lost my job and the power bill is so insane that I’m paying more here than I was at a house in which the rent was 300 dollars more… This company is borderline criminal.
My original estimate on the phone was 250.00, final bill 950.00. It took them seven hours to run three lines with a 120 plug, and hang two spotlights all within 30 feet of breaker box. Good work…way too expensive due to slow work.
I think the guys are awesome! They risk their lives in the pouring rain and storms to make sure we have electricity to be comfortable while they are in danger and away from their families. Thank you for all your hard work and for risking your lives so I have power! You’ll are my heroes!

These guys work their butts off from the moment they get a call until it’s finished. There are also staff you don’t see working in the background who dispatch calls that spend just as much time away from their families when the lights go …
Happy new year to us.ypur power went out something happened to the coil on the pole or something and I live in the sticks like way out here an I called the 1800 number and they showed up so fast it took like 30 to show up and another 20 to fix they where Soo great thanks soooo much
