We’ve paid for telephone , television, and Internet ever since 1986 . Today is February 1, 2023. For years I paid for 15 megabits of Internet data. Most of the time I was getting 6 or 7 megabits per second. Same thing for other family …
I enjoy being stuck with DSL, paying $75 a month for what is supposed to be 15 Mbs but ends up at times being 1-6Mbs. Were if I wanted Fibre (which is available a couple houses down) cost the same for 100x the speed. (Which they seem to not have available at my house.) Update your network!
I have over priced services, no internet, and no one to tell me why. No service, no customer support. This company is going no, and doesn’t care. If you can avoid at all cost.
They had a subcontractor with Texas plates who left limbs, trash and blocking the road without flagman. Nothing done but the city did inform them what they cant do.
You MUST pay for phone service, even if you don’t need a land line, just to get any other services from this company. Also, worst choices for cable channels, especially for the astronomical prices they charge
Internet is slow if it even works. They force you to have a home phone no matter if you want it or not. They only do service work on weekdays. If you can get service from someone else then do it, unfortunately it’s my only option for internet.

Hidden fees on the landline phone they REQUIRE you to have. Internet speed is awful and the prices astronomical compared to any other company. To top it all off they do not abide by FCC guidelines pertaining to broadband internet.

The internet is slow and is not the package you pay for more often than not. Sometimes it works fine, but then there are issues that last for weeks and never seem to go noticed until you contact them. It’s infuriating how bad they are at watching over their customers.

They seem to be alright. I’m new to the area and am not aware of much of the competition. They are very pleasant when calling customer service.
