It’s now 2021 and still no ability to pay virtually. Must go to office in person.
We are in the year 2020 and they don’t except card or even be able to make a payment with a bank account.
Please please please get the ability to pay online or use a card. Being out of town for weeks at time and coming home to no water due to lack of payment is annoying.
