I have been to South Hills ENT on a few occasions. Dr. Wawrose is always knowledgeable and helps me feel at ease. The staff is also very kind. Highly recommend.
although my wife recieved expert treatment from dr Warose I, thought I was treated dismissivly and coldly when I needed treatment – not from Warose. As in all things individual experiences may vary.
Most painful experience ever. Ended up having problems two days later and could barely hear out of one ear and had pain so badly I couldn’t sleep and they would not let me come in and told me I would have to wait at least 12 days to see anyone there.
I don’t even write reviews but yinz have me thinking I am not going to the same place. I have seen Dr. Scolieri a few times now, always on time, never waiting more than 20 minutes, they have got me in on the same day before. Nothing but positive things to say
I had an appointment today with Dr. DeMarino and I went in on time but I was told the Doctor is not in today. they didn’t know when he was going to come. Unprofessional place.
Tried scheduling an appt after an explosion at work, ears are ringing and balance issues, with most likely blown out ear drums and internal damage , the soonest they said i could see the Dr I was recomended is a month from now, unless I would see one of their other Dr.s they could get me in 3 days sooner. completely unacceptable

They never answer the phone, and if you’re lucky enough that they happen to pick up they will tell you they are placing you on ‘hold’ but actually hang up on you and never answer again, and this includes Faith who works their answering service. Very stressful.
