I’m on prepaid. My lights are out now due to weather I assume. I’ll still be charged for using lights all day. But will spend over half the day in the dark
I pay my bill on time every month and I have electric, can’t beat that. Staff is always friendly and helpful when i come in to pay my bill, they even split my deposit up over 4 months which i felt was very generous.

Most unprofessional place I’ve ever dealt with. Everybody is rude and act like you owe them something. Along with in my case just flat out lie, had the emails to prove it, showed them, nobody cared! Typical procedures and best practices here I do believe.

They raised energy costs!! As if it wasn’t bad enough all ready. I’m so done with electric companies. Me and my family are living by candle light from now on

I’m disabled no phone. I told them my autopay can’t be taken until 100am on the first. They try to take it out before. I told them set it to the 2nd if there could be any problem. They didn’t. I have seizures. I’m going to have to walk several miles on the road to get to a phone.

Power out three times now in three days. They don’t keep trees trimmed. Try to contract work out and doesn’t work
