Rates are a little high, but they have great customer service! Since the ice storms, they have done an excellent job of keeping the lines clear and outages have been minimal. Employees have always been friendly!
The woman working the after hours at 3pm 11.14.2021 was the rudest individual I’ve ever dealt with. Not only would she not listen to, or answer, my question, she rose her voice to speak over me to tell me that I was 100% wrong because of issues in a town I don’t live anywhere close to. 0/10
Had a power issue the other day and the service man came out within an hour of calling. He was very prompt and polite. When I called to report the issue the lady that answered the phone and the engineer were both very polite and friendly. Overall, great experience!
The employees at SIEC are some of the most professional people I have dealt with. I have seen their linemen out in the very worst of conditions, restoring power. Whenever I have called the office, I have been treated with a great deal of courtesy.

Love the service this company will work with you about a year ago I had a electric box go out on my pole. They worked with me on a payment plan and also came to my house within 45 mins. The good thing is I can recall the power being out 4 times within 4 year period
