My friend, Richard is here with a shattered hip. Took them three days to decide how to put it back together, then ten hours to do the work. The surgeon said it was the worse break he’d ever seen. While this might not seem like a great …

I was in and out in less then an hour and a half..the staff was fantastic and I really was treated amazing and left there in way better shape when I went in. Antibiotics and steroid shot helped so much.. the Covid test was a little brutal …
I came to ER with my roommate on Aug 7, 9 pm walking. He had symptoms of UTI, though there was no one in the ER waiting room (3 folks joined later by 11 am). They didn’t provide him a bed, but sent him outside multiple times, they asked him …
The worst emergency room experience I have ever had. I have tried this place three time by this point. And each time I think they will be better.
Idk how the rest of the hospital is but if you need care i would not go here. THIS PLACE IS DANGEROUS AND SHOULD STOP THEIR PRACTICE
This place is a joke they dont do their jobs dont care for their jobs either so called educated dr doesn’t even know that pneumonia can be undetected on xray so blood test would confirm but instead of a blood test they say its an …
Baby had a doctor appointment prior to ER, he had a fever of 101.6, when we arrived his temperature was 99.1, we still wanted him to get check, some labs and other treatments. We waited about 4 to 5 hours and nothing. I decided to leave, monitor his fever at home and followup a plan with his doctor.
This is is the worst emergency I have ever been to . The receptionist are rude. They act like they are bothered when you go up to the window I have currently been waiting goi g on 11 hrs to be seen by a doctor. They came and did blood work …
Came here to bring our grandson helping my wife carry him and wearing a mask

I had a hernia repair at this facility. This was hands down one of the most effective medical and support staff I’ve ever experienced. The receptionist was great, the nurses were attentive, kind and are very good at their jobs. It is a very …

This is the secound time that my doctors office has sent me to the ER and I just ended up walking out. This time with high blood pressure three digits over three digits chest pain and pounding head ache. Sitting two hours in waiting room …
Being in the hospital over the holidays was not what I wanted to do but I was glad I was in this hospital on Ward 3, the staff – nurses, doctors were great! Excellent service, caring staff if I ever have to go back (which I hope I dont) I hope to get on this Ward again , the ER staff was also wonderful!
It took nearly an hour to be triaged. I then waited in the waiting room for another few hours and nobody had called me in. Mind you, I hadn’t had any fluids in nearly 24 hours because I was unable to swallow, and needed a IV immediately. …
This place is a JOKE! The ER staff is horrible. We brought my baby there and waited over an hour in a room. After the hour we asked if anyone is going to see us. They all acted dumb and said “we thought a doctor saw him already, you can sign a refusal of care if you’d like.” SERIOUSLY?!? I’d rather die on the streets then go back there!!
I went into the ER with sciatica pain that hit a 10 on the pain scale. The doctor asked me if I drove to the ER. I said yes, that I drove 40 minutes to get there. He gave me a dose of cyclobenzaprine (a muscle relaxer), a shot of Toradol, …
I have been a patient of SNHMC Foundation practices, and have never been disappointed. So when I fell down a flight of stairs and the EMT asked me which hospital, I never hesitated in asking for SNHMCs ER. It was two in the morning and …
Worst place of employment by far. Cheryl Pascoe cannot be trusted as a manager and Molly Lahtey cannot be trusted as a human resource partner. While employed here several thing came up with other employees violating patient hippa …
So happy I’ve joined concierge care. I’m sick, literally, of 10 minute-“I really don’t care about you” visits. I’ve had Chronic Kidney Disease, Stage 3 for almost 4 years. My fabulous managed care doctor NEVER noticed the GFR clearly …
ER doesn’t have any consideration for emergency patients. Horrible patient service they don’t care about people illnesses. People waiting hours and hours for any kind of medical care. Definitely I will go to St. Joseph’s hospital next time I need medical attention.
Best place to get turkey sandwiches. Cardiologists are friendly. Ed doctors and nurses are loving and caring. But I know you guys don’t like people yelling at you but is what it is. Access people are okay I think they need better training. …
Fairly good hospital overall, however if you find yourself needing emergency services, go somewhere else. I was in the ER waiting room with a friend of mine who had chest pains and it turned out was in hypertensive crisis for FOUR HOURS. …
I took my father to the emergency room for severe symptoms of a heart attack… the women at the check in desk were informed of what was going on yet we had to wait over two hours. I went up multiple times asking how long this would take and …
I went to the E.R with my daughter for having seizures that were caused by an allergic reaction from the radiation of a CAT scan. They made us wait for 5 hours when her primary care said they would take seizures seriously. Also there were …
If I could leave a negative 5 star review I would. I have had to deal with the staff at this hospital both personally and and professionally. I have nothing positive to say at all about the doctors, nurses, case managers and even clerical …
I can’t say enough good things about Southern New Hampshire Health. I have had headaches, etc for the past 7 months and working with this network of providers has been amazing. I currently see my PCP and 5 specialist all in-network and I am …
This hospital should close its doors to emergencies. You check in for chest pain and shortness of breath also heart rate going up to 140 and you sit for 3 hours before they do an ekg and another hour before they take your vitals and blood. …

Be prepared to wait 3+ hours for the emergency room. These people are the most incompetent, rude, and belittling employees I have ever met.
