The common areas are clean and very well kept, and the association has never been in a better cash position, thanks to efficient management and thoughtful involvement on the part of Southern Property Management Group.

  4. I saw these reviews and gasped in horror. This company did the exact same thing to our neighborhood HOA funds. They slid in hidden fees on our delinquent accounts and was charging the neighborhood a monthly fee if we didn’t get the money from them. It was all about the money for them, your money. Do not hire these people.

  5. Southern Property manages our condo association. I’ve owned several condos throughout my life and I’ve never experienced the kind of inept, rude interactions that I’ve had with SP and Kim. Especially considering what we pay, I wish we would switch to a different company.
