I seen the APN today and talk about rude. No bedside manor manor what so ever and does not care about people at all. I will not be back to this place and do not recommend anyone that has any kind of past to come to this insane place.
I had a good experience with pain management following surgery. I am very disappointed there is NO way to pay online, or I would have. I have many Dr. bills, and this is the only bill that can’t be paid by portal, QR reader, or online.

I can’t say outright rude, but discourteous and abrupt. There’s no website for me to pay online or I would have; I don’t want to have to deal with the office staff ever again.
I have called and tried to pay my bill for MONTHS. Every time I call (during the hours it states to call on their voicemail) it goes to a recorded message that asks to call back between 8 am and 4 pm…. which is when I am calling. I will ask to never use them again for any procedure.
I’ve had numerous procedures by Doctor Walker. He listens and suggest different things to try to eradicate my pain. His nurses, Shelly and Kelly, are phenomenal.
