  40. I have found Mike Farrell to be a kind and fair businessman. The meter readers have alerted me to possible leaks in the past and they have responded quickly and efficiently when i notified them of a problem. The ladies in the main office could be more polite. Some of them could use lessons in professionalism.

  138. Offices are closed on weekends and payment was lost in mail. Had to call bank and put a stop payment on the check. Waters off for the whole weekend now over a $70 bill. But they required a $200 deposit to turn on the water.
