I’ve banked here for 16 years and have had no problems that weren’t taken care of quickly and courteously. I plan on continuing to bank with this hometown bank.

Trust department is a joke! It’s been 8 months they still have not closed out my Grandparents account. I guess they will pay themselves to look over it as long as they can….
Worst commercial bank in Texas. Business owners, don’t waste your time. I ran $32,000,000 through the Grapevine branch and their commercial lender won’t give me the time of day! Try First Financial instead.
