Caring, gentle mamographers. Need to back off of the Thieves essential oils in the waiting room while waiting for results of mammograms. Ladies were all caughing. When i mentioned it to one of the workers, she became defensive…. trying to make women comfortable? try backing off a few drops!!!
Going for medical testing isn’t something I look forward to, but Southtowns Radiology changed my mind. Everyone there is friendly, helpful and makes the process seamless and comfortable. I highly recommend this facility.

Very upset, called today and scheduled an appointment at 6:40 and showed up to find no one and the doors locked. Communication is essential especially when these tests being done are urgent. I was able to schedule a same day X-Ray – was in and out in less than 20 minutes. My doctor called that say day to say they had the report and go over my results. It was quick and easy!
When you tell me to be there 10 mins before appointment. I am there. I am the first patient! I wait til 7:09am. It’s Saturday, 7:00am means 7:00 am period. Do better! You are professionals. Act like it!
Was told to be there half hour before my scan .. I have very bad anxiety and a bad back . I can not sit there waiting a half hour for my scan .the lady on the phone thought it was funny when I called and told her I can not sit there because of my anxiety.
