I have been with REA for a long time and hate when I have to call them, just a bunch of hateful people that act like your working for them. I wish I had another electric company I could use.

They took one of our payments and didnt apply it to our bill, so we had a late fee. The workers are always rude and unwilling to help.
I have been trying to call this company for days and can’t get anyone to answer. I tried for 7 hours yesterday and so far 3 hours today at 2 different locations. What is going on? This is ridiculous!!!!!
I called earlier today and got a rude lady, to the point I hung up on her. So I decided to calm down after being called a liar and call back. And got a way nicer younger lady. Thanks.
When i signed up with this company a little over a year ago i was told my bill with zero energy usage would be 15.00 ok cool first bill 18.04 paid that until this month and they increased to 22.42…. 52.56 a year more per customer
Been great for us so far. Had service at a location transferred over to us and it was all done by email really quickly. New service was about $40. Haven’t utilized any of the added services of being part of the co-op but some might be handy.
Terrible customer service. Outages are not fixed in a timely manner. They ought to be ashamed of themselves for monopolizing them price gouging for a service they barely provide. Notice how the only reviews they respond to are the good ones? Cowards and thieves.
I called to set up service from out of state for a home we purchased. I spoke to Justyce and she was awesome and so helpful through the whole process, beginning to end. After a couple of calls and emails, maybe two hours later, process was completed and all good. Thanks for the great service, Justyce!
At 100 degrees and the power is rolling out and on maybe when you call to report outage, the first reply shouldn’t be if it is on your side of the meter there will be a service charge, rather thanks for reporting and have you checked to ensure your breakers are on. Unbelievable!!!
