Loved the techs and front desk, everyone was super accommodating and helpful. Same day scheduling for X-ray & MRI. Park in lot 5 for closest access and free parking validation from front desk.

I love that this a free standing diagnostic center – rates are less than going as an OP to a hospital run center. I love this place as the staff is all wonderful and very professional. I recently had two scans on two separate days at SWD and I am happy to say it was the most professional medical group of people I have seen. From the initial cont at the front counter to the instructions on where to exit they left me with no questions to ask. Friendly, warm and upbeat team of employees.
The only issue was when I first walked in there was no sign in notice anywhere. I had to stand there and ask other people what to do. They pointed to a sign in sheet. A simple sign would have helped because I had to show other patrons the sign in sheet. The staff was really good, no complaints.

We have been to Southwest Diagnostics 4 or 5 times in the last 60 days and have started every appointment on time or even a little early. Every single person we dealt with was nice , professional and kind. They are as good as it gets.
