I have always liked southwest Elec. Great people and great service and decent prices. I have never had a bad experience with them.
Always easy to work with and friendly. I just had them put in a disconnect and breaker and they charged a reasonable amount

5 power outages in the past two weeks due to work with NO notification. Called the reps. They said they reached out to some but not all… they always remember to reach out when a bill is due. An apology is not enough for bad business …
Today in had another great exspirance at there office. I have several rental properties and was dealing with an issue today. Larry and another lady at the office went out and beyond there duties to make sure that I was helped and the problem was resolved Belle I left. I wish all my propties had power supplies by this company .
Never in my wildest dreams did I see myself liking a utility company. I’ve used them for 3 years now and found them reliable, reasonable and responsive when I call. Outages have been few and recovery time short. Highly recommended.

Not a fan. Our rates seem to triple the instant there is the slightest demand. They stopped sending me account updates and shut off our power over 93 cents. If there is another option for your, home take it.
