great bank as long as your dealing with the basics (checking, savings accounts) anything more such as loans, refinancing vehicles, credit cards, making payments on closed accounts has to be the worst place possible to deal with, nice ladies but incompetent brains.

this place is terrible. its tuesday morning at 11:30 am and I have been calling back to back since 9:30. Noone ever answers the phone until the auto on hold feature goes blank then disconnects me. I have done this for multiple days trying to get someone on the phone. totally unacceptable and unprofessional.

This place is way better than any big bank . Superior service and they always put the customer first. Had an issue with unauthorized charges on my account they walked me through the entire process. They really take care of their customers.
