The Southwest Health Care System (in Montezuma County, CO) is quite-bad (indeed). They are very-poor with their communications – and, the “quality of care” is subpar. I am going to get another doctor, with a reputable health care system – in Durango, CO.
My husband and I were on vacation when he got ill. We went to the ER and he was diagnosed and released in a little over an hour. Thanks to the doctor’s diagnosis and the friendly staff, we were able to continue our vacation. Thank you, you guys were awesome!
I went in for a rash on my face (possibly an allergic reaction to something). The doctor looked at me and refused to do anything and told me to go to a dermatologist because I probably had Lupus. He preformed no tests, offered no help for the rash. Durango is definitely gonna be my first stop from now on.

We had a really amazing experience at this hospital. My husband went in for an emergency appendectomy. Everyone was very nice and we didn’t have to wait to be seen.
