Awful can’t get anyone on phone to help you. Registered for hub and it worked one time now has me locked out! What a mess!!
Have been pleased with service. They are a small, rural coop so there are a lot of miles of rural lines that have to be maintained. Have always come when I called.
Poor service, hard to contact when power is out. Doesn’t take immediately actions and inconsistent of someone’s needs.
They are very awful workers, not in good use to be in business.
Ever since we have moved here four yrs ago we have had more outages then any other state I have lived. What they charge is ridiculous! They should deduct from our bill every time they have an outage, then they would owe us money!

Lights barely stay on. Always going out for no earthly reasons, but be quick to cut you off if you a penny short. If the wind blow hard the lights go off. Poor service.
Beware of the staffing here. I got beat out of money for a security light I didn’t request. Plus same residential disconnect reconnect they got tricks. Thanks Leah, St., and Les for their help for making sure of the solution!!!
