I hate swepco, I had some electrical work done and a work order was done at1:45pm,and I have had to call twice about it and then I called at 4:45pm they said that they had no work order so then they made one and it’s almost 6pm and still no power.

We’ve lived all over, including abroad and I have never in my 45 years of life seen this many power outages. I don’t mean by a little either as there are typically a couple of outages per month. It’s embarrassing.

Worst of the worst. Your bill will constantly go up while your power will constantly go out everytime it storms. Then after it gets so high you need an extension they will charge a deposit every month. Use any other company. I’m literally moving to another town to get away from them.
