Dr. Helmy did my knee replacement surgery. Dr. Helmy is a special person. The entire office treated me very well.
Simply tried to make an appointment but didn’t get that far. Lisa and Dee were rude and spoke to me like I was an inconvenience not a potential patient. Went elsewhere.
Stay away, especially Dr Sedaros. I wrote a detailed decription on here twice and it keeps not posting. Ultimately, because of his incompetence and lack of care my knee is really screwed up. I had to use this office for workers comp and was treated awful and like I did not matter.
My entire experience with this place was top notch. The staff and my doctor were amazingly helpful. Doctor ElKommos was on top of his art.
He fixed a torn meniscus in my left knee. Thanks to everyone there.
If I could give zero stars I would. I just spoke with LISA and I have never dealt with such an attitude before. She was rude and belittling. I am a patient of this practice and was treated as if I was yesterday’s trash. It’s a shame that people in the medical profession(that are supposed to help you) can be so uncaring.
Dr. Teurlings is the only ortho I’ll use. He has repaired both my shoulders and a torn meniscus. I am so happy with results, I am pain free.
