I work down there and the things a say in the longer term care was terrible few good nurse and few good Cnas but over all. They don’t care for their residence as well as the workers. I would not put my love one there. They are less than qualified to take care of our veterans. The facility needs a turnover.
My bf and I were coming from Oklahoma and he did not feel well so we stopped here at the emergency room and the ladies & doctor were the epitome of kindness!! Everything I expect from health care workers. Thank you Kim, brianne, and Dr. West for taking care of him and getting us back on the road. 10/10 service.
Had Grandma seizure hit my head refused to do MRI X-ray only did blood test then go put tape over where my IV was still bleeding this place just wants money they don’t want to do there jobs nurse didn’t know how to do her job was nervous I …
We had a family emergency recently, and I have never witnessed such a caring and dedicated ER staff. A great experience during a scary time for us. Thanks!
It’s helpful to have it in town where everybody lives but you definitely need to stay on top of them just like any other large facility if you’re not proactive you never get the service you need

The worst hospital I’ve ever been too. I was in the waiting waiting room for over an hour crying from being in so much pain and none of them even cared.
The doctors and staff are professional, attentive, and caring. We moved to the area from Colorado Springs and we are so pleased to have found such an excellent health care provider. This office is efficient and the care and customer service exceeded our expectations. Thank you Dr. Dutton and staff!
Can’t say enough good things about both the veteran’s home and the hospital. Professional, compassionate staff, clean facilities, and happy patients. My grandfather was a resident of the VA, and a patient in the hospital at the end of his life. The nurses on both sides were extraordinary.

I visited the ER with a dislocated hip and was transported to Pueblo by ambulance and can truly say that I did not encounter a single person that did not provide exceptional service. Thanks, Ed

I went to the ER this afternoon, I have to say I was taken care of so well. Thank you so much for being so kind to me. The staff was excellent, Dr west, Walter was very nice. Kudos to the nurses also. Now, I can start to feel better.

Waited almost 4 hrs for 3 stitches.. Completely outrageous.
This is a great place to receive care. The location puts this facility in one of the more inspirational parts of Colorado.

So so nice nurses but they bill your insurance for things they did not do then send you a bill as well

Emergency room staff was the most kind and helpful People in there profession. I would recommend them to anyone.
