Great experience every time
I went in to have moles removed, took off bandage and was surprised to see the incision was twice the size they told me it’d be. That would’ve been understandable if they had to make a bigger incision , but they did not notify me of these changes. Now I have a jagged stitch line and future scar double the original size.
The staff is awesome, but reaching someone over the phone to even set up an appointment is hit and miss. Sometimes, you get right through and it takes no time at all. Sometimes you play phone tag for 2-3 weeks until you give up.
I thought this place was great. Friendly staff and very understanding. So I’m glad the other reviews weren’t accurate. I will come back again.

The reason for the 2 star review is that I could not get ahold of anyone over the phone to figure out paperwork, the emails and log-in system for pre-filling out paperwork is flawed, and I could not reach anyone to cancel an appointment.

I had two large moles on my nose removed and they look amazing! The scarring is so small you can’t see it! I spent my whole life unhappy with my face but now with them gone my face is perfect to me! If you want a mole removed don’t go anywhere else. Very professional place!
