I love this hospital.. the staff is dedicated and very competent. Their doctors and Nurse Practioners are all top notch!. The staff goes that extra mile
This piece need to close no cell service in the rooms and no room phones no way to contact family and or friends yes the lpns and lans r very nice but some of the head nurses r not some Dr.s like the One I have now is nice dont come here go to DHMC
Omg 3 hours waiting to get stomach scan. And only patient currently in er. Even one of the nurses asked me why technician hadn’t come yet( like I knew)
I was disappointed with the route provided through Springfield VT. It had several stoppages due to construction. We should have been routed via route 103.

My husband had a pulmonary function test on a Fri. and we were not given our results by hospital and no doctors are available to interpret the test after 5 days???? Totally incompetent hospital. They have not even given our doctor the report.

Very very very very slow. Even in the emergency room it takes forever to be seen and when you go to a room your sitting there about an hour to 2 and half hours until a doctor finally comes to see you. Terrible bedside manners. I highly suggest going to Dartmouth instead if you have that option. Don’t come here.
5 stars for the nurses and doctors… especially those in the childbirth center. They are wonderful, compassionate people doing great work. Reception is hit or miss. Billing department is awful to deal with, rude and poorly trained. The building itself is clean and easy to navigate.
Can’t stand the hospital made us sit for 2 hours in the waiting area while my husband told them when we went in that he was having chest pains shortness of breath I said something all they say is sorry 😞 horrible place …

I came in with a broken leg straight off Okemo Mountain and could. It have been treated better. The staff was wonderful and I am on my way to a full recovery. Thank you Springfield! – Max
This place is dangerous. Stay away! Getting worse by the day! A week to get them to fill a simple prescription (unbelievable amount of phone calls). And once their incompetence hits the weekend “Sorry you’ll have to go to the emergency room, we don’t fill prescriptions on weekends” Just don’t even have a word!
There are so many negative experiences in four day stay,would horrify anyone. Would rather die on my way to Dartmouth then ever go there again! I was the mistreated party,I am not asking anything, if you really want to fix this you know how to reach me this is on you.

I have had to visit the ER three times in the past 7 months. Two of those by ambulance in very rough shape. I couldn’t say enough positive things about all of the doctors and nurses that saw me right away. I’m happy we have this hospital close by.
I was there for an endoscopy. I cannot give enough praise to the nurses, anesthetist, and doctor who participated in this procedure. They were professional, kind, good-humored, and caring. The procedure went off smoothly and quickly, and they deserve the five stars!
