  10. Reasonable for price. Pain in the….to pay my bill. Costs extra to do it on line. I shouldn’t be punished because I work a graveyard shift. Would be nice to be able to pay by phone like I do with everything else.

  11. This company is the absolute worst I’ve ever dealt with. People said it would be cheaper than EWEB…I am failing to see where. They continue to door tag my house twice a month @$15 a pop, for a past due balance (all from the $600/deposit) they required. There is no winning.

  12. Hate the online bill pay fee. It’s 2019… I’m doing this review from a super computer that goes in my pocket… however, the people, service, and price. Can’t beat it around here. Any time I have an issue they fix it immediately. Winter storm? Power back on in under an hour. Just called about a power outage now fixed in under 15.

  15. My bills are usually pretty low with SUB but I will definitely say during this pandemic they have been extremely understanding and very helpful. I have never ran into someone rude or misleading. I have been with them for altogether 6 years.

  16. Electrical service to my house has been very reliable and consistent. Everybody I’ve dealt with at SUB has been very helpful and friendly. Good rates on kWh too. Five stars.
