  2. Don’t ever take a loan out with them. Customer service sucks charge someone 400$ a month for insurance when I’ve gave it to them 4 times and dealt with their insurance by showing them proof numerous of times will never use them again

  8. I opened a “fee free” checking account and after a year I was billed $100 just for having my money there. Yeah I got $$$but the intrest I made was evaporated by the reoccurring yearly $100. DO NOT trust this bank! The intrest I make at my new bank is twice as much and NO monthly, yearly fees!!!

They mortgaged my house, gave me a home equity loan, refinanced loans, educated me on savings accounts for my children, gave me excellent advice about credit and financial affairs. They have grown with me and I have grown with them. They are the best people in the whole world!

  18. In the last 4 weeks, I’ve called over 12 times and been on hold for over 30-40 minutes each time. This is Ridiculous!! It’s impossible to talk with anyone. The automated system is horrible!!

  19. Day after day, hour after hour, it is impossible to get a customer service rep on the phone. I am not sure they even customer service personnel. For a business that relies on customers they sure don’t act like they want any customers. Too much trouble to answer the phone. It is beyond ridiculous.

  21. They sure dropped the ball on this upgrade. The customer service is always busy if it rings at all. You wait on hold for 30 minutes or more and you get dropped so you have to start all over again. It definitely is not the the credit union it used to be. I wish i could rate no stars.

  23. While depositing a check for my father who has dementia, the bank manager contacted the manager of deposits for advice. While speaking with the deposit manager on speaker phone she had a nasty attitude and basically accused my sister and I of bank fraud. Even though we have POA. Still can’t believe how rude and argumentative she was.
