Great staff and groups in psych unit
Staff was awesome, really made you feel comfortable.
Staff was very good, kept checking on us to make sure we didn’t need anything.
Just there for consultation only
Very negative experience. Lack of knowledge was very concerning. If the general public only knew the truth.
The nurses were very helpful and made me feel very comfortable.
The labor and delivery nurses and everyone else was beyond amazing. I amso thankful for all they have done
The nurses are rude.the dr dont care.they need car about what they do.
My grandson was just born here. The nursing staff and Dr Iler are wonderful. The rooms very nice and big.
We’ve had countless nurses while being here for our first child ,and each one of them are so kind and will above and beyond to help you and just want what’s best for you and aren’t trying to take an easy way out.
I decided to go to Carroll ER because the pain was so bad.. couldn’t walk, sleep, go to the bathroom, or even go to work.. They didn’t do any looking into it……just gave me shots, and doctor told me to suck it up and sent me home. Turns …
our experience in a word… amazing, all we came in contact with during my mom’s stay very professional, caring, kind. special thanks to nurse diane in the critical care unit, she is a gem. 🙂
I was recently in the psych unit. Great staff! I am truly thankful for this hospital. Dr. Muller was the who really listened after years of issues. Every staff member I came into contact with from when I was tranfered into and then discharged from, y’all deserve a medal! Thank you for helping me out!
My experience with this hospital has been nothing good. Every time I go in they expect you to do your own diagnosis and treatment. I will not go there again. If you want to have a decent human being treat you like one as well you might as well go outside these small towns.
While traveling through town we were forced to make a trip to the ER at St Anthony Hospital in Carroll, IA. Everyone from the registration, nursing staff, labs & Doctor were AMAZING! They were absolutely wonderful & made you feel at home. …
My step-father was in the Critical Care Unit where he received excellent care from the staff. I’d like to express my sincere “Thanks” to Dr. Peters for the kindness he showed to the family and to Wendy R. for her wonderful compassion to …
I love this hospital. Have been going here my whole life, but everytime I go to check in for an appointment the person at the desk comes off as rude. I needed to update my personal information and she gave an attitude. I got new insurance …
Carroll, Iowa….a town of 10,000 people is so fortunate to have such a first class medical facility. I have had family members spend considerable amounts of time in other large hospitals in large cities in Iowa. To me, there is no …
Cannot speak highly enough about the entire experience. Also really appreciate all of the help from the hospital social services rep. They called me one month after discharge just to see how the treatment plan was working and again @ 2 months.
Very highly recommended as great care in every aspect of the hospital and surgery center the care of the Nurses and the Doctors is beyond excellent!!!!
Im gonna try to give the benfit of the doubt i just started going here because we live awhile away and there’s really no other options closer. Carroll while a very nice place for some reason some not so friendly people i could say more …
Today, my mother in law was brought in to the E.R. and even though they were super busy they treated us with respect and compassion Tami you and your nurses are awesome
My husband had a procedure done at St. Anthony’ Regional Hospital his nurse was Amanda. She was a great nurse. I give her 5. Billing department gets a 1.
St. Anthony overall is good, however avoid the neurologist! No manners at all. Very rude and arrogant. Lost our records that were transferred to him even though an appointment couldn’t be made until he had them. Wasted our time and didn’t …
Heard a nurse say “I have anxiety, I deal with it. Why can’t people just get over it?”. Nursing staff there is extremely rude! And they act annoyed when they have to move out of there chairs to help anyone! Too busy planning there Halloween costumes to worry about patient care!
