No matter where you go, there can be AHs everywhere. I never have high expectations because I know how Self-Ish and Self-centered people can be. It is what it is!!! Doesnt matter where you have surgery. These are the times we live in today!!

This was my second trip to the surgery center for cataract removal. This is a wonderful, sweet caring place and highly efficient! It was like a mini vacation! Don’t change anything!
Not only is the website very straight forward and very helpful… I was able to tour the facility and meet the staff. Everyone I met was so kind and very professional. The atmosphere in the facility is very comfortable (quiet) and clean. Overall a VERY nice facility!
Everyone at the center treated me like I was the most important person there. They were all very friendly and professional in their duties. Would recommend this facility and Dr. Carlson to everyone.
Surgical staff are friendly and competent, but their billing system is not very efficient or accurate. You have to pay money up front and if you don’t call for a refund, you will never hear from them. Keep accurate records and notes when you call them.
I was very scared when I arrived for my surgery. EVERYONE involved were so kind and thoughtful and reassuring. I am having the next surgery in February and I will not be worried about it at all. Thank you all so much for caring.
This is the best place to have any procedure done. Staff is AMAZING always smiley and friendly. Every treat in a professional manner. I have a great experience today when I take my 5 years old in for a procedure. Everyone did anything to make him feel comfortable and happy.

3 stars refer to the absence of communication between the hospital admin and the patient (no info of when I should come for the surgeries, no phone call the day before, I had been told the portal did not work), the tremendous waiting before the first surgery, the waiting in the pre op place. As pleasant as a surgical procedure can be. Prep and post op staff was very pleasant, listened and attentive to needs. Surgical staff informed me of procedures to occur and placed me at ease. Phone followup a day later. Their patient web portal made it easy to fill out forms and to obtain information. Well done.
