I like St.Paul, however the staff is too close. It causes people to become too lax and nothing gets done. The staff only works like fanatics when being reviewed by HUD

This isn’t a wheelchair accessible apt as I can attest to.the kitchen and bathroom are just wide enough to get into and not easy to cook or do dishes in. Limited outside area and not set up for wheelchair
We place my mom there thinking it was great. We were wrong. The women who run this place are bullies. They go into the apartments when ever they want no notice. So disrespectful to older people. Save yourself heartache don’t go there. I plan on getting in touch with hud.
This is an extremely old and shabby building. Parking is terrible. The units are outdated and tiny. The elevators are ancient artifacts so be prepared to wait 5 to 10 mins for them. I also spotted rodents while here. The receptionists were rude and seemed less than smart. The food was mediocre.
I lived for for over ten years ! I really was sorry to leave but wanted a bigger place Nancy the manager is the best and all the staff ! I miss you all much love , Donna Spong

Good 😊 …
I was there to move furniture, the man at the desk was friendly& helpful. Residents seemed nice enough
Some residents are rude but most are friendly. And the building is clean and smells good at times
Great place for seniors to live but their food they serve the residents and walk-ins is amazing. Staff is also nice

A nice property for senior citizens. Great location. Well kept and concerned for residents. Rent very reasonable. Well managed.
