This is one of the worst hospitals to go to doctor lisa dosent know anything. And they sent my friend home with a kidney infection last night and nothing to help her tell the pharmacy at safeway opens the next day.

Considering I have to fund this place with my tax dollars, you’d think they would be a bit more patient oriented. I’ll be remembering all of this next time they come begging for more money. Unless you’re dying go to Vail or Summit, he’ll even if you are.
Staff and doctors are nice, but they better be for the money they charge. If your injured or in pain save your hard earned money, suck the pain up, and go to an emergent care facility. If you do decide you have no choice, make sure you have one hell of an insurance plan.

Dr. Joette did a fantastic job treating my niece. She is very in tune with the patient both physically and emotionally. EMT Ryan did a great job too. Both of them, and the rest of the crew, made us feel well cared-for and attended to.

I had a great experience in the ER here. Thanks to nurse Lindsy, tech Glynnis, Dr. Beckham & radiology tech John. Everyone was kind & professional . I am a nurse practitioner from a larger city & was apprehensive at first, but this group gave me confidence in knowing Leadville has competent, kind care like this group.

I was treated at St Vincent for altitude sickness last week. The staff were quick to get me in the bed and checked out. Fortunately, I recovered quick and was given tips on how to deal with the high altitude next time I’m out. Very appreciative of the care I received from the ER staff
