I called today for a cleaning. I am a new customer. I was told it would take 2 months to get an appointment. I also would have to take a day off of work since they only do them between 8 and 4 Monday through Friday. I made a mistake leaving Petro oil who is clearly much more client accomindating.
Great people and service. Moved to CT and Standard Oil was not the existing supplier at our new home. Their friendly and knowledgeable staff along with fair pricing converted us to Standard. They made the change easy and it’s been smooth from there.
On auto propane delivery this is the second time this year I have run out of propane in the past year. The drivers can’t seam to understand that there are 2 tanks one of which has nothing to do whit the house. They keep the wrong tank filled. On the good side the service is very good and technicians are professional and courteous.
