Outstanding medicos, front office needs work. Hang times on phones are unreasonably long. This needs to be fixed.
Front personnel is rude and extremely unsupportive horrible experience with couple of them. Avoid.
Please retrain your staff or hire another staff they were very rude took my wife here and they were not helpful. Communication issues are lacking, if you decide not to address this issue BBB will be my next step if that doesn’t resolve that issue we will take any further actions necessary until problem is resolved thank you.
