  1. First of all, they never pick the call. I was being said to call to resolve an issue never had my call picked up. Moreover, they are reluctant to resolve the problem.

  2. I dont like how, most things have to be done in person, aside from initial set up, but i shouldn’t have to fill out paperwork for an extension, when I could call or go online.

  7. They have terrible service. They never answer the phone. They cut my utilities off even though I paid the bill and when I tried to call they lines were down (as always). The management is terrible and they don’t care about anyone.

  8. Power went out on Sunday and I called to report the outage. i got a voicemail that’s full so you could not tell anybody or leave a message what address the power is out.

  9. Outrageous rates and questionable meter reading. The only good news is that the staff is friendly in the office. They’ve always helped me as best they can. So I thank them for that and know they aren’t responsible for the ridiculous prices.

  12. Customer service has gone way down hill. They won’t answer the phone or return phone calls. I managed to get a response via email but then they refused to follow up and I was left to figure it out myself. Glad to be done with them.

  14. Charges extra to pay by card online. Payment center is in Birmingham, so billing issues through the mail aren’t resolved in Starkville. Experienced billing errors multiple times in two years.

  15. Absolutely the very worst utilities service in Starkville. They don’t answer there emergency lines half the time and depending where you live, the water is ALWAYS brown. It’s DISGUSTING. These people should be put out of business.

  16. We have called a ridiculous amount of times over the span of a week to talk to an operator so we can set up our utilities for the property we will be living in soon (about two weeks). No answer to any of our calls or messages.
