Worst experience ever. The doctors are extremely condescending and just try to get you in and out not really worrying about your health. Save your money and go somewhere else.

This clinic is the best clinic in Kingsville, hands down. They treat you with care once you first step in to the clinic. The waiting time isn’t long at all, and they honestly are good at what they’re doin. If you’re not feeling well, I wouldn’t recommend any other place for y’all.

Frank Trevino was awesome! He’s an ER doc from Edinburg who is covering at this clinic…wish he could stay permanently…Kingsville needs more caring docs like him. He took his time with us and answered questions thourougly.

I went to urgent care today and received excellent care. The staff was customer friendly at first but when it came go returning phone calls and relaying lab results that were supposed to take less than 24hrs- they are negligent. If you have something serious as an emergency, I would not go there.
This was my first time coming to the clinic as a patient, and my experience was good . The wait was like any other medical field wait; treatment, staff, and doctor were amazing. I would recommend to friends and family.
I came to StatCare because Access Urgent Care treated my symptoms and not the cause. I was nauseous. The nurse practitioner at Stat listened to my lungs and determined I had walking pneumonia. She prescribed an antibiotic for the pneumonia and also something for the nausea.
Everytime I have come here they have been extremely helpful. They always take very good care of me and are very efficient. They are usually very quick to and compassionate.
