The NMSECU website is often down. I have had many problems when trying to get a car loan approved. The person there said the computers weren’t working. They don’t seem to be as professional as other financial service companies in Santa Fe NM.

Was very happy with the credit union until they decided to switch off my overdraft protection without notifying me. Now they’re stacking insufficient funds charges and taking advantage of their customers. Also called this branch only for the lady to hang up on me.
Customer service is garbage and there online banking is very poor. Spoke to a Pauline she was very rude and unhelpfull. Would definitely recommend going to another bank. read all the reviews alot of people have been screwed by this bank.
