  7. Just absolutely terrible service. Busy lines, no one ever answers, hard to get in contact with the right person to speak to concerning important matters, and the automated machine always hangs up when it switches your call to speak to a representative.

  8. This is the WORST loan servicing company I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is horrible. They cannot get anything right. Using the GA Dream Program to buy my first home was the biggest mistake of my life.
