I was on hold for 20 minutes and then got cut off when I was #1 in line. I called back and left a message rather than wait 20 minutes again. They said they would return calls within 2 days. They never called back….
I just came here so people who are about to type reviews can read this first. Before you put down whatever review you are thinking of, ask yourself this question ‘How much do I know about insurance’. If the answer is nothing or not much, then learn how insurance works THEN leave a comment.
Long hold time (which would have been okay) but the lady I talked to was so rude and miserable. Absolutely 100% unwilling to help or even be polite. Pathetic excuse for an employee.
I know their job isn’t fun most days, but for some reason every time I call in (Once a year) the person on the phone sounds like I need to call for a welfare check. As she updated my insurance, I could hear the tears hitting the keyboard.
I called, waited 30 minutes on hold, and then was cut off 5 minutes into my call. No effort made to call back. I’m just trying to end my plan as I moved out of state and am covered through a different insurer now, but PEIA is blocking that. Very frustrating to work with.
Asked multiple times if my plan covered Washington County OH and was told yes. 3 months later I called again whe I got a bill for 5k and was told they do not cover any out of state thanks PEIA
They have security officer over billing that thanks he is a docter. Called me incompetent and can’t show me no records except I had to sign a paper to see what my premiums was. Way to much so I declined it but that paper come up missing. Threatening with turning me into the credit berrow .
