Both Doctors are attentive, good listeners and really want to help! I had a few issues with my vision due to some health problems that I didn’t know would affect vision and they were sensitive and caring and didn’t give up until I could see properly! The staff is always friendly and welcoming! We will go to Steck Eye care forever!

I have been trying to call to reorder my contacts and no one called me back yet. I called and left a message last week and again today but no response. This is ftyatratung because I was trying to not have to go to the location. Disappointing.
I called to ask about what insurance they accept to only be held on the phone for 10 mins and she never came back to the phone. I would not send a dog here, y’all can’t even answer the phone.
Doesn’t accept the LensCrafters card as payment for eye exam, overpriced. Didn’t keep my appointment time was about 30m late which defeats the purpose of making an appointment
Great, thorough exam, but there was a lot of pressure to ‘add-on’ features to my glasses which added quite a bit to the price. They did not notify me when they were ready. And then, I got a bill a couple months later, even though I paid in full!!

Never in my life have I had such a long eye exam (and most expensive) experience and I’ve worn glasses since 3rd grade (am now in my 50’s). Price quoted was not what I paid. I actually paid twice as much. That’s just unprofessional. Will never, never go back and would definitely not recommend them to anyone. Even in an emergency.
I lost my glasses and showed up unannounced at Steck, they squeezed me in, the Dr and staff were very helpful and nice. I had my 11 year old son and the doctor joked around with him and explained the picture of my eye to him. I was in and out in an hour with my glasses in hand. Great experience.
