Poor customer service especially dealing with those who are disabled. I’ve been calling the corporate office since last year and every time someone returns the call they are very nasty and argumentative never bringing a solution. This has been an overwhelming experience for me causing me hardship..

I ordered 3 items on Sept. 12th. It is Sept. 28th and I have seen nothing. I have been a Stoneberry customer for years. But that’s all over now. As a Senior I don’t have forever to live waiting for delivery.
I wish I could give this company 0 stars. I ordered a boombox that ended up being defective so returned it and paid for shipping both ways. Now they are trying to make me pay for finance charges that keep adding up. I refuse to pay this I will not! Don’t use stoneberry total rip-off by the time you pay it off you pay double.
I love they give me the credit when I was starting over, I am fine with them taking a little long to deliver.
Everytime I called to talk to costumer service they were really nice.
I used to love this company but not anymore. I had over $1400.00 in credit and order two items for $120.00 my request was reviewed and denied unless I paid $70.00 of the $120.00. I will never order from this company or Massey’s again. They will not receive one more penny from me. Stay clear!!

Had to cancel my credit card they do not answer there phones had to file a fraudulent claim against them. Buyer be warned do not do busines with them
