The staff is extremely slow returning voice mails. The doctor did not take time to answered my questions and I was rushed out the door. Will not recommend.
Stonebridge Pediatrics discriminates against large families. I have four children and they would not schedule four new patient appointments for me. I am finding a new doctor.
the staff is insensitive and rued but the doctors are good, my kid wanted a token for a free prize
and they said the tokens were only for kids with strep, i guess my five year old …
Our appointment time was 9:30am and we waited more than an hour to see the doctor, and she seemed in an rush, and the cost much more expensive compared with the pediatric clinic we visited before
Dr. Alvis is awesome! He’s so good at explaining things in detail and I always leave his office feeling confident that the information he gave me was accurate and that my kids are in good hands.
Kinda feel bad for the staff since two doctors just up and left. But jeeze, good luck taking your sick kids to this place now no one is ever available. Currently actively looking for a new pediatrician
I take all 3 of my boys to Dr Dollins, and sometimes the other doctors in the office. We love them all! They have extended hours and Saturday hours. These doctors care and that’s what matters.
Dr. Alvis is professional, caring and explains things very well without going over your head with the medical terminology. He is great with kids and adults. The nurses and staff are awe some too!
I love Dr. Smith and Dr. Reyes, but the front office released my social security number on my step children’s’ records to my husbands ex-wife. Then I was told, I should have just left that part of the form blank. There is no notice that that form could be released. Offered no assistance or even apology.
I normally do not write reviews when something goes awry with any businesses, but the way Dr. Christine Smith treated us was just plain terrible and awful. This incident happened in October of 2014, so I had a lot of time to think about …
My teens see Dr. Alvis. We have only been seeing him for a couple years. I wish we would have found him sooner. He is very caring and takes his time listening to both my girls and my concerns. He is genuine and down to earth. I will never go anywhere else. The front desk is also very nice and friendly.
I’ve only had good experiences. They call me back and get me in on last minute appointments. Front staff has always been helpful and never rude to me. Never had a billing issue. When my daughter was born they made hospital visits and in office visits very easy for us.
I love Dr. Reyes but his staff are never available to talk about billing. I am trying to resolve an insurance issue and they say leave a message and we’ll get back to you in up to two hours. It’s been more than two hours. I just called and …

We absolutely love Dr. Reyes…even when he razzes me about college football team. My son loves going to him, even asks to go when he’s not sick. Just to say Hi. He’s the best, and his office staff and nurses are top notch.

We switched pediatricians when we moved to McKinney and couldn’t be happier with Dr. Dollins. She’s so friendly and knowledgeable. Their office was recommended to me by a wonderful OB/GYN who takes her own children here. I like that they have separate waiting rooms for sick and well kids, too.
Doctors overall did not care about my twin infants. I told them of the issues I was having and they blew me off and would always just say that they will grow out of it. I went to another pediatrician for a second opinion and I am so glad I …

My daughters have gone to Stonebridge since 2014. I honestly can’t put into words how happy we have been with this Dr Alvis, Tara and dr Dollins. They make my kiddos feel like family rather than just another number in their office. We even love the office staff especially Marcie. Thanks for everything!!
Dr. Alvis is the pediatrician for both of my kids. My oldest is 7 and we have gone to Dr. Alvis since he was 3 months old. We love Dr. Alvis and are very lucky to have found him. His nurses and staff are also amazing and always call back …

I just left from my son’s one year visit and I am utterly SHOCKED by the care he received. The doctor and nurses who work here aren’t just working here for a paycheck. These people work here because they genuinely belong in peds. Nurse Kim …

Nice facility. Office staff is somewhat efficient
I’ve never liked this office or their staff. Time to find a new doctor for my son.
The whole staff is thorough and caring. We’ve had the best experiences.
Dr. Reyes is a great pediatrician- we love Stonebridge!
The staff is extremely slow returning voice mails. The doctor did not take time to answered my questions and I was rushed out the door. Will not recommend.
Dr Reyes is good but the front office people are not so professional. 3 stars to the front desk, not to the doctor.
I had to end a long standing relationship with Dr. Reyes as my children’s pediatrician due to a very rude front office billing staff. Its a shame.
Absolutely the best place to go! They always accommodate me and my 6 kids! Dr.Reyes is one of the best physicians around!
