It’s a long story. But my husband had bad experience there. Doctors treat him like he was crazy. Thank God our insurance cover KU and my husband is having treatment there for FND. Doctors treat him right and willing to help him all the time. Schools hospitals are the best because doctors are always studying and doing research.
The provider I was using after I cancelled in plenty of time actually several days prior to an upcoming appointment charged an office visit after informing them I found an different provider. This action to insurance providers should not be allowed to happen. This is why our insurance is so astronomically high in America!!!

Stormont Vail has really improved. The security guards were helpful and courteous. The nurses and doctors professional and personable. Everyone on staff seemed to go out of their way to help make the best of bad situations.
Had my gallbladder taken out on 7/12/22 with Dr. Amanda Loffeler. She did so good with closing me up. The pre-op nurses and anesthesiologists were very thorough on what was going to happen. I live in the Emporia area but if anything happens to me or my son we will be back at Stormont
Sadly I have some experience on ER at different places, and I know that this ER by far is the best one! All staff members are so professional, from the security guy to all medical members, everyone is so caring and professional they make you feel very welcome! God bless them!
