On the utility bill itself there are several equipment charges. You have to pay to use the equipment your paying for. Seems crooked to me. When I called to question it, I couldn’t get clear response on what that charges entailed, just to keep paying them.

Terrible! Absolute thieves. With a 90 dollar over due bill they refuse to give me even one day extention. Thus costing me a 40$ reconnection fee, almost 50% of the bill! Not helpful in any sense, and give me 3 days to satisfy the remainder of my bill. Or they disconnect me again. Ugh, absolutely terrible service!!!!

I like the people I’ve worked with over the phone. But how is it you have to go IN PERSON to set up an account. Also, why do they charge landlords for unpaid bills of tenants who have their own accounts? Enough to make landlords not want to set up in Stoughton.
