I have been a patient since my cataract surgery 4 years ago. Except for excessive wait time, I was satisfied with the practice. However, when I called for an emergency visit today (my vision is is dimming in my left eye), I was offered a January appointment.I might be blind by then. Time for a new doctor.
Very nice facility with very helpful and courteous staff. All the staff were informed, considerate, and thorough. I am very satisfied with my surgeon, who was thorough and answered all my pre-op questions. I felt very comfortable with him performing my upcoming surgery.
Dr. Mark Michels performed surgery to remove a wrinkle on my retina.
It was a complete success. One month post op, my vision had improved 100% and continues to get better. Pre and post op care was first rate.
