  1. Amazing how much you end up getting ripped off for basic needs…that you have to pay for water for needs while others profit. What are all these fees you all are adding?

  2. The payment system for this company is absolutely terrible. The electronic payments all charge extra. You literally have to MAIL A CHECK IN to pay without a convenience fee. In 2016!

  20. Pay all bills with a check instead of electronically, so your bank has confirmation. Three times SSI tried to tell me I didn’t pay the bill and double charged me plus a late fee. The third time I used a check and had a confirmation from the bank that it was deposited, only then would they remove the additional charges.

  21. Everyone in my building overpays for water. I had to fight to get my water down to a reasonable rate. It is not abnormal to hear of a bill that is $50-60 for one person. That translates to over 4000 gallons per month. Because we all have swimming pools?
