Suburban Cardiology Reviews ( 26 )

  1. Office workers are rude. Was sitting in the waiting room and heard the receptionist hang up with a patient and said “Oh my god your so annoying.” Extremely unprofessional and rude.

  2. This place is horrible! You come in and don’t get seen for hrs layla. Like people don’t have time to just sit here and stare at the floor. Staff is super unprofessional and far from friendly… I’m disappointed in my doctor for recommending this place! Horrible Horrible Horrible Horrible…

  3. Very dismissive to family member of mine and even told me I was lying on my own heart issues. Would NOT recommend!!! Save yourself and go somewhere who cares!!

  4. Don’t go here…. All about the $$$ and they are nasty. She is a cut throat and if you value your life go to Rochester Strong and get a real cardiologist. Like the other person said Beware!!! Bottom of the barrel. -9 stars. Phony owner post is bunk for business.

  5. Everyone I’ve dealt with at Suburban Cardiology has been very polite. When I felt like something was wrong they fit me in immediately. I feel like they care about my heart health.

  6. After wearing a heart rate monitor for 4 days, getting an EKG, and a Cardiac Ultrasound I was told that I needed to come in to hear to the results and there was no way I could get the results over the phone or speak to the doctor. After I …

  7. Would not recommend this practice. Staff and Doctor are very rude and unprofessional. Waited for two hours to see the doctor and was told that they had a scheduling error and I was squeezed into HER schedule, instead of calling me to …

  8. I’ve been going to Dr Joy for 3 years now. I’m very happy with her and her staff. Extremely helpful and they have great attitudes. The wait time is minimal.
Thank you Dr Joy and staff.

  9. I’m really not sure why my Primary would recommend this place. I was seen here many years ago when there was still a decent cardiologist on staff but he has since retired. I saw Dr. Joy-Pardi for a recurring irregular heartbeat that has …

  10. Went to this specialist for a ultrasound, and it was extremely painful. The tech was digging the device into my side being very rough and kept sighing while doing it. She did not say one word to me during the ultrasound. It was an …

  11. I’ve been a patient at Suburban Cardiology for the last 4 years and without exaggeration credit them with not only providing me with quality of life care but probably saving my life in the process. Dr. Joy Pardi is proactive in cardiac care …

  12. Been coming here since 1998! Some of the staff has changed but I have always had a normal and pleasant visit. Read some reviews and some have complained about wait times. Have these people ever been to a doctor’s office or auto repair …

  13. I have been treated by Suburban Cardiology for a year. Each time I have been to the office, I have received professional, courteous and expert care.
The team, headed by Dr. Judy Joy-Pardi provides sound advice and keeps the …

  14. I have been going to Suburban Cardiology for over 3 years, and have had no issues whatsoever. I was there yesterday and was taken right on time for my echocardiogram, then EKG. I did wait a bit to see Dr. Joy, but that is to be expected at …

  15. I’ve been to this office 3 times and at every visit the staff were not only caring and professional, they even offered to call my doctors office to obtain a faxed copy of a script that I’d forgotten to bring. The NP called me to review my …

  16. After just one week of dealing with Suburban Cardiology, I am switching practices. They have no care or concern for their patients. They do not return calls and offer nothing but “We’re very busy” and “We’re doing the best we can”. If I’m looking at long-term cardiac care, this is not where I want to be.

  17. The best thing about this office is there is not a long wait time. Sometimes being in the exam room is a little bit of a weight. But overall I would say they have a great staff that work well together.
