  28. I would say shop around with other providers. They are not a bad company but they charge for everything. They will hound you for their payment 1 day late and charge you a fee.   46. Easily the worst electric company I’ve ever done business with. The website is archaic and there is a fee for paying your bill online which most other providers do not charge. If you snail mail the payment, there is no fee but it takes them two weeks to process payments so they will claim your payment was late.
