I switched over to Sungas when my old company left me stranded through the last hurricane. They were the only ones that seemed to be prepared for the last minute high volume customers. I absolutely love them. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly.
The original owner retired and so did the quality of this company. The new owner doesn’t seem to have experience managing this type of company and it shows. It’s very disorganized. Apparently, the owner starts his lunch at 12 pm and doesn’t answer back until the next business day. Don’t let this arrogant man steal your money.
Called them and had a great response from them. From the office staff to the driver, everyone was super nice!! I am glad there’s people that still want to work hard and make customers happy.
