  130. We had an two issues where we were invoiced by plate when we have sun passes in our cars. Our service rep at the service center was extremely nice, helpful, and took care of our needs in a quick manner.

  131. My first time purchasing a SunPass. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. No option to speak with a live person. I had to look at my phone to make sure I wasn’t calling Walmart customer service and that’s not a compliment.
