I’m not sure how it is for other buildings, but the one I worked for was awful for us employees who weren’t a favorite of someone who is management! The residents were taken care of fine, no worries there however, unless one of the management people liked you, you were treated disrespectfully and unfair!
Love working at the Corporate Office. MOST people are kind and respectful, and the management is supportive. Big opportunity for professional growth and development.

Due to the recent situation with there new care coordinator at sunrise old town knowingly hanging up the front desk phone on me which Prevented me from talking to anyone at the community. And with corporate knowing this information and not doing anything about it. There will be peaceful protests outside sunrise old town.
Sunrise need to address it’s policy on cultural sensitivity with their employees. Their Hierarchy is filled with racism towards the care managers, and low level employees. These groups are primarily made of minorities with English as their …
