Unfriendly, inconvenient, can’t pay with a credit card or debit card, terrible hours, not open on weekends.
If you like to shower in chlorinated water then they have you covered!
This is the second time the water has been cut off with no warning. Can”t complain to them because they will not answer their phone. Really???

They have no consideration for anyone. My grandpa was in a rehab center and the company said that we need to drive to Bellview from Ocala to pay the bill. And by the way, it’s 2016. Where’s the online payment and phone payment? I can tell why they have such bad reviews.
Started service on Friday .. they sated it takes 3 business days, but rarely ever takes that long. Low and behold ..Monday no water. So looks like 3 days is not so rare. You’d think since actually I’m with no water for more than 3 days now …
I just left Sunshine utilities. I’ve never ran into such a rude customer service. Then I come on here and look at the reviews. Oh my God look at these reviews. These people are pathetic. Very angry people. They can’t even answer a simple question without getting mad . Again by these reviews.
I forgot to pay my water bill. It got shut off, but they were very quick to turn it back on. As far as the service itself is, its standard water. Nothing shabby. The water isn’t the best, but it is Florida so I don’t expect the greatest. The staff was nice enough

I wouldn’t give them any star, but… For the past two weeks the water stinks an kills my hair, kills my plants, an leaves water spots on my car. An we don’t drink it, or give it to our fur baby. So we pay for drinkable water on top of what we pay for this NASTY water.
Every once in awhile i get a pink stub in the mail telling me that I failed to pay my bill. When I call the bank to confirm payment, the person who enters the account in the computer put it in wrong. They get mad at you because you question them why this happened. REALLY!!!! They are very rude and incompetent.
You can smell the chlorine when they treat the water. When they don’t treat it, mold grows on my faucet heads. I have to use a bleach spray and let it sit for an hour at least once a week. It’s disgusting, and I certainly DO NOT recommend drinking it. Horrible!
