  1. Tokyo in a piece of medical equipment to be repaired it has been approximately 1415 weeks still have not heard from them I’ve asked twice to have someone give me a call and let me know what’s going on still no phone call not very good customer service

  3. This place is the worst they over charge and say the insurance company set the fees which is not correct. Go to walgreens or order items online much cheaper and you don’t have to deal with rude people on the phone.

  4. I’m using them because I have to breathe but their customer service is terrible. They have to remember that their customers don’t know how to use the equipment, and don’t know the terminology and they need to learn how treat customers like actual people.

  6. Always very helpful. Some of the people are friendlier than others, but nobody has been rude. Then again, I think the key, is I’m always very nice and respectful to them. Great service and good equipment.

Would need for your medical needs they also have a CPAP supplies person to reach you and help you get fitted for the right mask or nose piece they can even mail out your supplies they have electric chairs wheel chairs shower chairs and canes and walkers

  8. They got me out of a real jam. I was traveling and had forgotten parts to my nebulizer. They stayed open and waited for me to get there on a Saturday evening. Great service (including directions) and they had exactly what I needed.

  9. Very rude an unfriendly. Not willing to help. I recommend In-Home Medical Supplies on Lancaster Ave right off by-pass. They go out of there way to help. They even delivered my wheel-chair at no cost to me.

  34. Been using Superior for 5 years, usually deal with Tracy or Robert, both of whom are professional and extremely knowledgeable. Never had rude treatment from anyone, and not one billing problem. Remember the natural laws of customer service, for every online complainer there are hundreds of happy satisfied customers.
